I have been to the museum for lots of different events, but I had no idea what I was getting into when I asked to photograph the Lamplight Tours at the Kern County Museum. Seriously, by far the coolest way to see the museum! The museum is always beautiful. Pioneer Village always has a feeling of whimsy as you walk along the streets of old historical buildings. Now take that, add Christmas spirit and volunteers dressed in period clothing! – It’s awesome. Here are some of my favorite photos from the event. Next year, you better believe I will be there again to kick off the holiday season!
And if you missed Lamplight Tours, it’s not too late to take your little ones to Cookies at the Clock Tower, this Sunday!
