About Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. After graduating from North High School in 2002 she accepted a scholarship to the Fresno State's Honors College where she earned her BA in Art and Design. During her college career she developed a passion for travel and the visual arts.

This lead her to study drawing and painting in Florence, Italy in 2004. After returning to California she began her career in photography through photojournalism. While photographing for the CSU Summer Arts program she developed her skills as a portrait photographer. Jennifer then returned to Europe in 2006 to study in London. During this time abroad she had the opportunity to photograph throughout England, Scotland, Spain and Italy.

Jennifer brings six years of experience as a working artist to her photography. She has worked as a graphic designer for Willis Design Studios since moving back to Bakersfield in 2006. In addition to her own photography, she is also a wedding photographer for Urquhart Townson Design and Photography.
